For over twenty years, STC Management has been engaged in commercial real estate management and brokerage. STC professionals are responsible and hardworking, and have a range of expertise from property management, leasing, acquisition and disposition to marketing, accounting and maintenance.
STC Management is incorporated under Sung Tien Corporation, which was established in May 1985. Our corporate name, “Sung Tien”, is a Chinese saying that signifies “harmony with the Heaven”. We believe that good deeds bring good luck and harmonious results.

In addition to ensuring that the physical features of a property are well-maintained and attractive, we also focus on creating the ideal tenant mix, fully supporting tenants’ businesses, and establishing long term relationships with tenants and the landlord.
In particular, STC has an in-house marketing team that fully understands the local market and has consistently produced promotions that significantly increased awareness and traffic to our properties.
Extensive Certifications
STC’s officer, John Hsu, is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). He is currently serving as the President of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of CCIM. In addition, he is the first Chinese-American to be selected to attend the 2009 Jay W. Levine Leadership Development Academy, a program established by the CCIM Institute to help foster the development of the next generation of leaders in the commercial investment real estate industry.
Furthermore, STC Management is the first Asian company in the country to achieve the AMO AMO (Accredited Management Organization) designation. The AMO designation recognizes real estate firms that meet the standards of excellence in professional experience, education, ethics, and business and financial stability. STC Management proudly fulfills all of the requirements.
High Professional Standards
STC Management carries above adequate insurance coverage in worker’s compensation, liability, professional error & omission, auto, depositor’s forgery and alterations, and fidelity bond. STC Management chooses to maintain this high level of coverage to ensure the long term financial solvency of our company and portfolio.
